Went back to Bathurst for Easter to visit friends and family with my son. The Hi-tech oils Bathurst 6 hour race was on at Mount Panorama race circuit. It was Sunday, the final day of racing - we had to go!
There are a number of preliminary races before the main race including classic touring cars, Hyundi Excels, improved productiion cars, and proches. This gave me a good opportunity to work out where some of the best vantage points were and grb some early shots.
The main 6 hour endurance race is a fantastic event with mixed classes racing at the same time. Its quite exciting seeing BMW’s and Mercedes Benz mixing it with the likes of Mitsubishi Evos, Subaru Imprezas, VW Golf, Hyundi Excel, and even a Suzuki Swift (which finished a respectable 21st!).
